I am a Sr. Client Service Specialist for XMI. My duties include assisting clients with their payroll needs.
I have over 20 years experience in Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Human Resources. My back background includes Processing Multi-State Payrolls, Bonus Calculation, Incentive Pay, Garnishments, Direct Deposits, 1099 Distinction, Reporting of Hours and OT, Processing of Pay Raises and Retro Pay, and Vacation/Sick Accrual.
In addition to payroll, I also have experience in Human Resources including Recruiting, Interviewing, Skills Assessment, EE Background Screening, Offer Letters, New Hire Orientation, Performance Appraisals, EE Counseling/Reprimands, Terminations, Exit Interviews , FLSA Status Determination, Job Descriptions, Policy Implementation, Handbook Development/Rollout, EE Relations, EE Grievance Investigations, Mediations, Harassment Training, Supervisor Training, and Management Training.
