Customer Experience Manager
Callie Pfeifer, Customer Experience Manager, is passionate about connecting with clients and translating client needs and concerns into actionable plans. She is responsible for optimizing the XMI customer experience through ongoing, proactive engagement.
Prior to joining XMI, Pfeifer spent several years consulting on accounting systems and business process design with entrepreneurs and small business owners. Pfeifer started her career at Deloitte and has worn many titles: auditor, business process consultant, adjunct professor, IT consultant, and project and engagement manager.
Pfeifer serves on the Board of Directors of Safe Haven Family Shelter. She enjoys travel, trail running, yoga, live music, and family time. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Religious Studies) and Master of Accountancy (Information Systems) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
