From my early days in public accounting, my favorite part of work is connecting with customers. Over the last twenty years, I have worn many hats – auditor, business process consultant, adjunct professor, IT consultant, and project and engagement manager – and building strong customer relationships has been paramount to my success. For the last five years I have worked primarily with entrepreneurs and small business owners.These are the folks that do what it takes to make the magic happen, and I have found it so enriching to partner with them and emulate their “get it done” attitude.

What a thrill to be part of the XMI team where we are ever aware that our success is entirely tied to our customers’ success. As the primary customer liaison, I employ the 3 C’s (creativity, commitment, communication) to ensure engaged and fulfilled customer relationships.

Outside of work, I serve on the Board of Directors of Safe Haven Family Shelter. I enjoy travel, trail running, yoga, live music, and family time. My husband, Andy, and I grew up in Knoxville, met at the University of Tennessee (from which I received both a Bachelors and a Masters of Accountancy) and moved to Nashville in 1996.
