I originally joined XMI in 2008 as the HR Administrative Assistant and HR Client Services Administrator, which included responsibilities ranging from managing calendars, travel arrangements, payroll, benefits, employee relations, orientation, client services, etc. After taking time away to be home with my family full-time, I rejoined XMI in 2016 as HR Recruiter. My goal is to source and recruit the best candidates that will contribute to the success of XMI and our customers. I enjoy the challenge of finding just the right fit!
Prior to XMI, I held roles as a Staffing Specialist and Admissions Coordinator with a psychiatric treatment facility for children and adolescents and as an HR Specialist in the recruitment office of a large university.
I live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast with my husband and two children and am a graduate of Auburn University. War Eagle!
