For example, XMI’s Human Resources Health Assessment Survey (“HR Survey”) collects the following types of information for these purposes: Name, title, e-mail, company name, company website, w-2 employee information, human resources and hiring practices, opinions on internal human resources practices, employee retention information, and audit and compliance practices. We do not sell HR Survey information to third parties.
