Brad Shaver, director of accounting, has spent more than a decade building a career around providing superior client service. Brad’s approach starts with gaining a deep understanding of his client’s business and builds on that knowledge to create efficiencies, streamline workflows, and leverage technology for process improvements.
As a member of XMI’s leadership team, Brad is responsible for providing insights on the overall strategic direction of the organization. Additionally, as the director of the client accounting services group, he oversees the division while they continue to scale their operations and expand their footprint in the Middle Tennessee market.
Prior to joining XMI in 2019, Brad was the director of operations for the Tennessee Chapter of The Nature Conservancy, where he provided strategic leadership over both finance and operations. He started his career by spending five plus years in public accounting performing financials audits within a variety of industries.
Brad is a licensed CPA and holds accounting certifications in Sage Intacct, QuickBooks online and bill.com. Brad earned an MBA from The University of Notre Dame and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Miami University of Ohio.
Brad is married with two children. When he isn’t working, you can find him enjoying the outdoors; either in the backyard with the family or fishing in the spring and hunting in the fall.

Daniela Lewis, Vice President of Sales, is a respected, dynamic sales and operations leader with an outstanding track record of expanding market visibility, landing profitable local and national accounts, and increasing cash flow and fiscal accountability.
As a vital member of the executive team, Lewis is responsible for the overall sales strategy and direction of the organization, as well as operational leadership for the sales team.
Lewis brings fourteen years of experience in sales and leadership in the education and HRO spaces. Her drive to achieve organizational excellence has resulted in success and exponential growth for her clients and business partners. Lewis is extremely passionate about the mission of XMI to provide clients leading HR and Accounting services with an unmatched level of care.
Lewis was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She spends her time with Dallas, her rescued canine, and volunteering with children. You can find her anywhere there is live music or great retail therapy. Lewis earned her MBA from The University of Phoenix – Southern California Campus and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from California State University Northridge.
