XMI, a Nashville based provider of Human Resources and Accounting services, today announced the promotion of Brenda Rowan to vice president of operations. Brenda joined XMI more than seven years ago. She has served as director of payroll and more recently as director of implementation. Brenda’s expertise in human resources information systems (HRIS) and her dedication to client service have been instrumental in the delivery of XMI’s brand promise, “to provide leading HR services with an unmatched level of care.”
As VP of operations, Brenda will oversee payroll, tax and compliance, HRIS, and XMI’s employee benefits brokerage and join XMI’s executive leadership group. Brenda’s team includes Christi Clawson, whose role as director of payroll has expanded to also include leadership of XMI’s implementation team, and Terri Armstrong, newly promoted from benefits account manager to director of benefits.
