I am responsible for the corporate finance and strategy activities for XMI and its associated investment funds. This broad responsibility drives me to address a diverse set of issues on any given day; ranging from strategic planning and cash management to spearheading acquisition and divestiture activity for XMI and its portfolio companies.
My ability to handle a wide range of challenges is enabled by my diverse work experience and education. To go along with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Harvard and an MBA from the University of Chicago, I have over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, strategy, and accounting in a variety of different industries, ranging from most recently as the Controller at the Catholic Diocese of Nashville as well as other various finance and strategy positions within United Airlines, Bowe Bell + Howell, and A.T. Kearney consulting.
Outside of work my wife and I have the pleasure of being the parents of three wonderful kids. Beyond work and family, I find time to squeeze in being a long-serving member of my neighborhood HOA, teach religious education at our church each Sunday, and work in the garden whenever the weather permits!
